Virtual4, GAIA and EAN University form a strategic alliance for the installation of the VIROO VR laboratory.

This alliance establishes a framework for cooperation between the three organizations to promote the transfer of technology based on virtual reality and enhance educational innovation at Ean.
Virtual4, a company based in Spain, Colombia and Mexico, will install the VIROO Virtual Reality Laboratory at Ean University, a solution that won the VR AWARDS 2019 in the category of best virtual reality business solution of the year. The project seeks to boost the competitiveness of the University by accelerating entrepreneurship and promoting student employability, as well as encouraging the generation of innovative projects based on virtual reality.
“The EAN University is a key ally in our strategy of using VR to generate positive changes in society, doing our bit in sustainable entrepreneurship and the generation of innovative projects based on VR. We are very excited about this collaboration.”
The laboratory will also promote collaborative work in a large-scale immersive room that, thanks to its multi-user feature, will offer a group experience with the possibility of connecting from various parts of the world. In this alliance, Virtual4 and GAIA will contribute their experience and work together on the design and formulation of VR projects to achieve impact, change and social transformation.

GAIA seeks to share with Virtual4 and Ean the positive experiences of the Basque sector and to articulate strategic alliances that accelerate the digital transition in all socio-economic spheres.”
“The Virtual Reality Laboratory is, above all, a space for experimenting in the construction of narratives that benefit from the total immersion of the body and the senses, that is, how we simulate high-quality environments for training topics in all disciplines (…) It is also a very important pedagogical element to explain complex processes or processes on a scale to which we do not have access in everyday life.”
