A new immersive and collaborative learning space
Anáhuac University Mexico inaugurated its Immersive Experience Room (SEI) at the North Campus, a 100 m² environment designed to enhance educational innovation, immersive learning, and collaboration in higher education through multi-user virtual reality.
In this space, students and faculty can enter three-dimensional virtual environments, experience 3D simulations, explore scenarios that are difficult to replicate in the real world, and solve challenges as a team inside a fully equipped virtual reality room. The SEI also enables connection with other immersive rooms worldwide, expanding opportunities for global projects and collaborative experiences.
This project is integrated into the Anáhuac Technological Cluster, strengthening the university’s vision to adopt emerging technologies and transform its teaching methods through advanced immersive tools. The SEI supports interdisciplinary experiences aligned with the Anáhuac 5.0 Strategy and represents a significant step toward a more connected, practical, and innovative educational model.
The Immersive Experience Room marks a decisive step in preparing leaders capable of learning through experience, developing future-ready competencies, and generating real impact in society.
